BK 11's decision is final on technical matters (game outcomes, technical errors, etc.), though mediation remains available for financial disputes.

12. Changes to Terms & Severability

BK 11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

• You will be notified via your registered email or mobile number before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
